There are other ways. The author's email is very available in both the
help files and his web site. Perhaps some email between them to help
resolve the issue.  Oasis is much more enjoyable without the limitations.

You all make it sound like the author of Oasis is charging the extra
money. It is a service charge. Lot's of companies have them. Especially
regarding checks, which could easily be a problem if not handled right.
