--> Just an observation. We use M.O's, constantly. We pay a small
monthly fee to our Credit Union, that covers all Money Order
fees and other banking costs and we've rarely ended-up getting
less value from our monthly transactions than not paying the fee.

What this means, is that money Orders don't cost us (well, the
few international ones do - but none of the local ones) a cent
and a Money Order is not only just _like_ cash; it *IS* cash
and therefore can be cashed, immediately, by any Bank or other
finacial institution. Much faster and more secure than a cheque
(pardon the CDN spelling). M.O's are worth it. And - BONUS - some
scummy bandits masquerading as a finacial institution, don't get
to charge a usurious fee for cashing a cheque. M.O's are often
over looked. Another bonus, is that one is never left wondering
if so-and-so's cheque has cleared yet, or how soon it will; so
this means that what one sees as one's balance - actually is
one's balance and one is not left second-guessing their balance.
