I formatted some IIgs system disks in a three month old PowerTower Pro
using Disk Copy, and they didn't work. I went over to the ancient IIci
(the floppy drive was replaced about four years ago after the original
died), made some disks, and they work fine. Of course Disk Copy is picky
as hell, so maybe that's my real problem. I often can't successfully
create a disk with it if the disk isn't fresh out of the box and
unformatted. So maybe there's something strange about how it formats
tracks with the data already on them that doesn't quite work right on a
Power Mac.
