no, a 6-pin...  never saw one like it before... and no adapter exists at 
either compusa or rs.  it's a circular plug, similar in size to the 
5-pin, but the arrangement is in two, curved lines.

but while i was at compusa, i did see a 5-pin to 6-pin mini-DIN.  and a 
6 pin mini to db9 adapter.  and a db9 to db25 adapter...  so 
theoretically, could i connect the three adapters together to get to a 
null modem???
