Re: GS RAM ULTRA DRAMs
thanks Wayne,
It did work, I sent you a return e-mail with full details.
In case anyone is curious I did find a faulty DRAM chip on my GS-RAM ULTRA
using said GS-RAM test program. Swapped it out and now my ROM-3 is looking
pretty happy. All the ones I added worked fine. Now I need some more chips,
about 8 or 10 would be nice so I have a couple of spares, either:
-Samsung KM44C256AP-10
-OKI M514256-10
-Intel ? iP21014-10
-Sanyo LC324256-12
-Motorolla MCM514256AP-10
or probably most other DRAM chips with 20 pins and "4256-10" in the part
number.
Anyone with these and want to trade/sell let me know.
