Re: Is Syndicomm in business

Eric,

sorry I do not read the usenet too often, so my responde is a little
late

That scares me even more. So your backlog ist more than 1/2 year!
How does it come that you still accept orders?
No way you can keep up with it.

I'm trying to get caught up, and I'm trying to find

I have not seen any of this offering.

If I can download the OPUS CD I will be more than happy to do so.

I really do not want to bash on you but all your excuses are sound way
to familar to me.

I can post here your mails stating that you are close to keep up with
the backlog.
30 guys in front of me.....that statement is a couple of month old.

And still today I see that your backlog is exceeding six months.

I would not be so angry if your statement that you have not billed any
accound before delivery is true.

It does not help at all if you repead the same excuses over and over
again and the real desaster enfolds more and more.

I think I was polite enougth (or dumb ? ) to believe your promisses
but it looks I just encouraged you to make it worse.

Luckely the APPLE II is our hobby and besides the anger no harm is
done.

On the other hand you are running a business and your actions should
be on a professional level.

I tell you openly that I had tried to file a Paypal complain about you
but I did this after three months and so PayPal was not accepting the
complain anymore.

Maybe you are clean with those guys which have not actually paid for
the goods but in my case and cases similar to mine you are walking a
thin line.

I do not want any special treadment, don't even think about to rush me
in front of anybody..

How about a list like Richard Dreher has on his WEB page.
Everybody can see than the status and the progress of his order , no
more mailtraffic about it.(And you can start to read your mails)
And on top of it potential buyer can make theier own judgment if it
is worth to wait for it.So no more frustated clients.

I respect your commitment to the Apple II comunity but you are
steering a course wich will give you more and more trouble.

Wolfgang
