There are several people who have been waiting longer than July for
their orders.  I'm trying to get caught up, and I'm trying to find
ways to make things go faster.  I'd hoped that by offering the
opportunity for people that already placed orders to switch to
downloads I'd get a few more orders cleared through, but nobody
contacted me to take me up on that offer, so that didn't help much.

Nobody has asked that their order be accelerated as a gift or anything
like that.  The only reason your order hasn't been processed yet is
that there are still a number of people that have been waiting longer
than you have.

I'm aware that I'm doing a terrible job with this and I'm sorry. :(
