I don't *think* you can increase the size, but it probably doesn't matter.
I'm fairly sure the main issue is that you could create *another* (larger)
partition file later!

As I've said before, I don't have a PCT or the docs, but it sounds like you
do. Doesn't it tell you how to create a partition?
