I probably should have known that, but at the time I had the data corruption
problem I knew almost nothing about MS-DOS (boot sectors, file allocation
tables, etc.) so I didn't know what was supposed to be where.  If I remember
correctly the AEPC drive image file was completely unusable.  I couldn't boot
it or access files on it if I booted from another image.  I was never sure what
caused the problem.
