It might be possible to use IIgs net programs and Windows net programs
at the same time by setting up a "gateway" under Windows. You would
need to be able to network your IIgs to Windows and that is the
problem I have run into. Maybe when the new version of Marinetti
comes out we might be able to accomplish it.

Of course, there should be no problem sharing the modem if you set up
a shell account for your IIgs under Linux.

I have lots of ribbons for my ImageWriter II and only the one for my
Panasonic 24-pin printer. This is why I still use the ImageWriter II.
That and the fact that the IWII is built like a tank and is a real
work horse.

I want to get a bubble jet printer at some point and I'd REALLY like
to be able to use it from my IIgs without playing with cables all the
time. :)

At present it is just a quick hack I threw together to get the job
done so it isn't available and I'm not willing to send out copies just
yet. I'm still working on it and improving it (I haven't added the
printer routing yet) and it needs a user interface still but that
shouldn't take too long to add with the tools I have.

It will be a DOS program that will also work under Windows (Win 95 at
least, I'd have to retest with Win 3.1 to be sure it works there too).

I'll let folks here know when it is done.
